Drivers from EU countries who need help in improving their skills in the English language are provided with extensive class room training and practical opportunities to increase their confidence in dealing with customers.
Classes are conducted at timings suitable to drivers.
Training is absolutely free and is provided by PCL Transport Ltd's own fully qualified and experienced in-house multi-lingual English Teacher.
A systematic approach to training and development is adopted whereby we identify training needs, plan and facilitate suitable learning opportunities, and review training methods to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
